About the Role:

This role will be responsible for leading technical escalations, ensuring seamless handovers, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify issues and opportunities for enhancing business value through software and infrastructure improvements.

  • Manage technical escalations during shift and weekend operations, collaborating with shift leaders and Operations Lead for resolution.
  • Ensure seamless handovers and end-to-end delivery by coordinating with other shift leaders.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise on select applications, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of supported systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance & Treasury stakeholders to identify issues and opportunities for enhancing business value through software and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3+ years of application management and preferably with stakeholder management experience.
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenable to work in a flexible schedule (3x a week onsite), on a shifting schedule (Day/Mid).
  • Experience with batch scheduling tools, Unix and Unix scripting, relational databases, Microsoft Azure, Business Intelligence Software, Oracle Hyperion Essbase, JAVA, Python.
