Job Title: Urgent Need Team Leader, Operations

As a skilled leader in operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the monitoring of work and attendance in accordance with organizational policy and legal requirements.
  • Regular coaching sessions will be conducted to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly level.
  • You will identify performance-related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, and if necessary, terminate employment.
  • Your focus will be on delivering service that meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Clear communication of expectations to employees and timely updates will be essential.
  • Providing subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed will also be part of your duties.
  • You will conduct team meetings to facilitate open communication and provide relevant information.
  • Staying up-to-date on internal processes, policies, and procedures is crucial. Managerial development training may be required.
  • Promoting company values through behavior and attitude is vital, including advocating for team members.
Candidate Profile
  • An Associate's degree in a related field, preferably with two to four years of relevant experience, would be advantageous.
  • A highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations is ideal.
  • The ability to work under pressure and follow through on tasks to completion is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial.
  • Leading a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines on deliverables is vital.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and providing direction to a team of employees requires strong leadership skills.
  • A flexible schedule may be required.
