Job Description

As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in fueling the growth of our company by developing engaging ad creatives that drive results. You will collaborate with internal design teams, external creators, and performance marketers to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities include partnering with designers to brief and request creative assets, sourcing and managing UGC creators, translating campaign objectives into actionable briefs, building a pipeline of performance-ready creatives, and collaborating with performance marketing teams to review and iterate on creative performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of paid platforms, a keen eye for performance metrics, and excellent project management skills. They will also be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a team environment, leveraging tools like AI to enhance productivity and efficiency.
