Job Title: Content Development Specialist

We seek a skilled Content Development Specialist to support our strategic goals through tactical communications plans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective communications strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage various communication channels, including website, email, and print materials.
  • Produce high-quality content for diverse audiences, leveraging strong writing and editing skills.
  • Source and manage visual assets, such as infographics, videos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in change management and social media platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
