We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Process high volumes of vendor invoices, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Maintain the General Ledger by recording all financial transactions accurately in the system.
  3. Prepare periodic financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare reports and statements.
  5. Reconcile accounts by ensuring accuracy and making adjustments as necessary.
  6. Lead or assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  7. Manage accruals for expenses incurred but not yet paid and prepayments for expenses paid in advance.
  8. Provide necessary information and support during internal and external audits.
  9. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
  10. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.
