We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at BL Pangan Construction.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Site Engineers/Project Managers with the preparation and maintenance of construction schedules.
  • Maintain and organize detailed construction files project records and logs.
  • Provide technical engineering information to project supervision and crafts to ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards.
  • Attend project meetings and record minutes of meetings.
  • Prepare, collect daily/monthly project status reports.
  • Establish and maintain working drawings.
  • Prepare final documents, ensuring project documentation is processed in a timely manner.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks and duties similar to a project coordinator and other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of Civil Engineering Course.
  • Fresh graduates, newly licensed Civil Engineers, and without licensed are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable with CAD (2D/3D) and/or others is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledgeable of construction plans, specifications, estimates preparation, bidding preparation, review processing, and compliance requirements for construction projects.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Document especially Excel.
  • With Driver's License.
