Job Description

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key player in our growth marketing efforts, you'll focus on developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies, identifying and optimizing acquisition channels, running experiments to improve engagement and conversion rates, leveraging data and insights to refine marketing campaigns, and building strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to expand reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (social media, content, paid ads, email marketing, SEO, etc.)
  2. Identify and optimize acquisition channels to maximize inbound leads
  3. Run experiments to improve engagement and conversion rates
  4. Leverage data and insights to refine marketing campaigns
  5. Build strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives to expand reach
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth hacking
  2. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO tools)
  3. Creative thinker who can execute campaigns with agility
  4. Strong analytical skills—comfortable interpreting data and optimizing campaigns
  5. Passion for employer branding and HR communities is a plus
