The Sr. Growth Analyst audits current and prospective clients' marketing programs and crafts integrated marketing plans across channels, with emphasis on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YouTube).

About The Role
  • This senior-level role requires 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience, with a focus on large-scale campaigns ($100k+ spend per month)
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels is crucial
  • Familiarity with self-serve platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook is essential

The ideal candidate will have expertise in channel-level strategies, audience insight tools, and project management software like Asana and Slack.
