Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced In-House Counsel to join our team at Salmon Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all contracts and agreements are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including sales contracts, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements.
  • Ensuring Contract Compliance: You will ensure that all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards, and revise contracts as necessary.
  • Coordination and Communication: You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and legal counsels to ensure that final draft contracts are agreed upon by all parties, routed for approval, and executed in a timely manner.

Your Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Member of the IBP in good standing, and demonstrated experience in contract administration or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Contract Management Skills: Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices, familiarity with legal aspects of contracting, and proficiency in contract review, negotiation, and administration.
