As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer / In-house Lawyer to join our team. This position will support our leadership in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.Job Responsibilities:Legal Counsel: Provide legal advice to senior management and other departments on issues related to business operations, including contracts, mergers, intellectual property, and litigation.Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to the company's business transactions (e.g., supplier contracts, service agreements).Risk Management: Assess legal risks and help create strategies to mitigate those risks in business operations.Litigation Management: Manage any litigation or disputes involving the company, coordinating with outside law firms as needed.Compliance: Ensure the company complies with applicable laws and regulations and helps implement compliance programs across the organization.Employment Law: Handle employment law issues such as employee disputes, discrimination claims, workplace policies, and wage laws.Corporate Governance: Provide guidance on corporate governance issues, including ensuring compliance with bylaws, ethical guidelines, and board governance practices.Intellectual Property: Oversee the protection of intellectual property and ensure legal procedures are followed for patents, trademarks, and copyrights.Qualifications:Education: J.D.
