The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing various stages of the hiring process, including:

  • Job Design and Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
  • Sourcing: Utilize online channels, professional networks, and social media to find potential candidates who possess the skills and qualifications necessary for the role.
  • Screening: Review resumes and applications, prepare and distribute tests, and evaluate candidate fit for the position.
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews by phone, video, or in-person to assess candidate suitability for the role.
