Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Management professional to oversee the implementation of complex, large-scale global projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development and managing direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry.

You will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, and building plans, establishing project deadlines, assigning functional responsibilities, leading and directing the work of others, conducting due diligence, and gathering materials.

A key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of the business and your team through your efforts on complex projects and ensuring your project teams are set for success.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced project manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Director of Instructional Design (Project Management), you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of complex projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

You will lead a team of professionals, guiding them to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.

Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our company's future, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition and meet our goals.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of complex, large-scale global projects
  • Lead and manage diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development
  • Manage direct report teams in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry
  • Build plans, establish project deadlines, assign functional responsibilities, lead and direct the work of others, conduct due diligence, and gather materials
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience leading complex, large-scale global projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
