Medical Content Specialist

This role involves creating high-quality, medically accurate content for various audiences in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong science or healthcare background and excellent communication skills.
The Medical Content Writer will be responsible for developing communications that meet the needs of different stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and caretakers. This requires a deep understanding of complex medical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear, concise language.
- Translate complex medical/scientific concepts into clear and concise copy.
- Create medical slide decks, websites, branded campaign assets, and patient education materials.
- Drive the editorial process from first draft to final proof; ensuring accuracy and quality of all contents.
Required qualifications include a degree in a science or medical field and 2-5 years of experience in medical writing. Additionally, knowledge of Veeva/PromoMats and Medicines Australia Code of Conduct are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all content.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends in medical education and pharma industry developments.
