As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading promotions for upcoming events, including ticket sales, ad campaigns, and hype building.
  • Assisting with Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking.
  • Providing international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launch targeting global audiences.
  • Building and managing funnels, lead capture systems, and audience segmentation.
  • Growing and utilizing email lists for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Drafting and scheduling email campaigns and newsletters to maintain engagement and conversions.
  • Contributing to pre-launch strategy for the online coaching app, including lead capture and audience nurturing.
  • Assisting in driving sign-ups and trials post-launch.
  • Coordinating marketing activities across various digital platforms.
  • Providing general administrative assistance to ease the workload of the founder.
  • Collaborating with the social media manager as part of the marketing team.
  • Offering strategic input by suggesting improvements and marketing ideas.
About You

The ideal candidate is expected to have:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance.
  • Strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools.
  • Experience running or supporting Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with content-driven platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to take initiative and provide strategic suggestions.
  • Strong communication skills, responsiveness, and reliability.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to align with Brisbane, Australia hours.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
