Business Operations Specialist

As a business operations specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and solve complex problems. This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, and experience with AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities- You will utilize various platforms such as Replit for code development, Zapier for task automation, and Airtable as a database management system.
- Build and maintain systems to monitor real estate updates, filtering and highlighting important information to facilitate data-driven decision making.
- Utilize large language models (LLMs) to compute data and generate weekly reports.
- Handle various business tasks, such as data entry and research, to support business growth and improvement.
- Think critically about business processes and automate redundant tasks to increase efficiency.
- Strong technical background with proficiency in Python and experience with AI tools is required.
- You should be able to configure technical systems, such as setting up an AWS development environment, to support business operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and persistence are essential for success in this role.
