As a Senior UX and Frontend Engineer, you will lead the charge on user experience and frontend development, collaborating closely with our team of designers, marketers, full-stack engineers, product managers, support engineers, and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate areas of our user journey from legacy technologies to modern frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our users.
  • Work across various technology platforms, including Shopify themes and Dynamic Yield, to maintain design and UX parity between systems and introduce new features.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to make high-level design and architecture decisions, while being comfortable working independently on components.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to encourage sound architectural practices and general improvements.
  • Balance technical excellence with business needs, prioritizing the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional image.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in UX design and frontend engineering, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks, as well as experience with UI/UX tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, with a focus on providing high-quality solutions.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility principles and best practices, ensuring inclusive designs for all users.
