Senior Technical Support Specialist

As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues and resolving problems efficiently.

  • Your expertise in software projects delivery, process-oriented environments and food and beverage processing will be valuable assets to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-level technical support to customers via phone, email or remote desktop sessions.
  2. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve problems efficiently.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 7 years experience in software projects delivery for process-oriented environments.
  • Industry knowledge in food and beverage processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
