The Employee Communications Business Partner will support the development and execution of internal communications globally and locally in the Philippines. This role involves managing communication platforms, creating compelling content for leadership and stakeholders, tracking key communications metrics, and supporting employee events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all-company internal communication channels, including SharePoint intranet sites and social media channels.
  • Create and edit internal communications, including newsletters and company announcements.
  • Develop and execute internal communications plans for key projects and initiatives.
  • Track and report the effectiveness of internal communications using analytics tools.
  • SUPPORT GLOBAL AND LOCAL EMPLOYEE EVENTS, TOWN HALLS, AND OTHER ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field, and 6-8 years of experience in an employee communications specialist role. You should also have demonstrated proficiency in managing communications tools and platforms, excellent writing and editing skills, and strong organizational and project management skills.
