We are seeking highly motivated sales representatives who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales for healthcare products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow established communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep accurate records of all conversations in our call center database
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 6 months of voice call center experience, with a strong background in outbound sales and customer service. Additionally, proficiency in MS Office-based automation tools and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
