Business Development Representative

We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at FedEx. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships through non-face-to-face sales calls. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and market goals within the customer segments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to gather information about their business products and processes, as well as their transportation challenges.
- Explaining FedEx products or services and prices, and answering questions from customers.
- Identifying opportunities to grow the business with customers and handing over relevant leads to Field Sales using the available Customer Relationship Management system.
- Preparing sales proposals to target the needs of customers.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. You should also have a positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
