Job Title: Senior Inventory Planner

Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Inventory Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain, you will be responsible for managing and forecasting inventory levels to meet demand.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in using inventory management tools such as Helium10. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our stock levels are optimized and aligned with sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Forecasting: Use data-driven insights to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
  • Product Sourcing: Source and restock products to meet demand, ensuring supply aligns with forecasting models.
  • Inventory Analytics: Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reports on inventory status and forecasted needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, ads, and operations teams to align inventory planning with business strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management and product sourcing, particularly for Amazon FBA Private label.
  • Proficiency in inventory forecasting tools, with specific experience using Helium10.
  • A solid understanding of sales trends, seasonality, and how to integrate those into inventory strategies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to work in the Pacific (PST) time zone.
