Job Title:
Risk Review Specialist

About the Role:
This role is focused on providing recommendations to improve turnaround times and service levels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recommend business improvements based on analysis of data.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting policies and guidelines.
  • Resolve escalated complaints in a timely manner.
  • Foster good working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Track pending items from brokers and clients for existing policies.
  • Assist with new submission reviews, buyer research, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare binder and policy documents according to deadlines.
  • Liaise between the company and broker to track claims status.

Requirements:
  • Necessary Work Experience: Some relevant work experience.
  • Preferred Work Experience: Experience in BPO industry with shifting schedules.
  • Necessary Qualifications: Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
