Job Title

Specialist Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.

  • This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Google Ads / Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting SEO audits and implementing technical, content, and on-page optimisations
  • Creating landing pages for SEM campaigns
  • Planning, launching, and optimising Google Search & YouTube Ads campaigns
  • Monitoring keyword rankings, landing page performance, and lead quality
  • Building reports using Google Analytics, GSC, GA4

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (agency or freelance)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Solid working knowledge of SEMrush, Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Experience optimising landing pages and ad creative based on data
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and attribution
