About the Role: In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external partners on the launch readiness of the product/s handled. You will ensure that milestones are met or escalated as necessary. You will identify negative scenarios and develop mitigation plans to help resolve risks related to the product. Additionally, you will establish, prepare and maintain product documentation, including customer experiences, operational handling, and negative scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive monitoring and gap analysis across internal and external processes of the product/s handled.
- Leading internal and external customers through change management.
- Drive process changes and documentation based on insights and customer feedback (internal or external).
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on the launch readiness of the product/s handled.
- Ensure milestones are met or escalated as necessary.
- Identify negative scenarios and develop mitigation plans to help resolve risks related to the product.
