Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision to logistics, inventory, and liaison staff.
  • Manage the daily activities of the Facilities and General Services Team and the Motorcycle Inventory Team.
  • Check and approve supply replenishments, vehicle schedules, logistical expenses, and other requests related to General Services Team.
  • Supervise regular physical inventory of assets and supplies.
  • Track and monitor logistical activities to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, local government requirements, and building facility standards.
  • Analyze and report weekly team activities and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and report on team activities and key performance indicators.
