Key Responsibilities:

  • Take escalated customer calls, developing strategic plans to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Coach and mentor team members, enhancing their skills and performance.
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs for new processes, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Process transactions accurately and timely, meeting or exceeding client service level agreements.
  • Identify and resolve non-standard pending transactions, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the team's goals and objectives, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, requiring knowledge of life insurance and annuity policies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office environment, with regular scheduled shifts, and proficiency in Windows PC applications.
  • Excellent communication (oral/written) skills, with an education level of at least a diploma or graduate preference.
  • Able to sit for extended periods, proficient with MS Office suites and leading CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Flexible scheduling, with ability to work US shifts, including weekends except Sunday.
