About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant - Amazon Specialist to join our team. This full-time, remote role is crucial as we expand our product catalog and operations on Amazon.

You will be responsible for managing product listings, ensuring compliance, and supporting general office administrative tasks. If you are proficient with Amazon Seller Central and love keeping things organized, this is the perfect opportunity to make a big impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Amazon Product Listing Management:
    • Take ownership of uploading new products to Amazon Seller Central accurately and efficiently.
    • Perform regular housekeeping of existing product listings, ensuring all information is current, compliant, and optimized.
    • Verify product data, specifications, and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards.
    • Manage product compliance documentation within the Amazon system.
  • Amazon Account Support:
    • Monitor product health and address any listing issues or discrepancies promptly.
    • Assist with various Amazon-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Conduct precise spreadsheet input and data entry for various office needs.
    • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the broader team and operations.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in uploading and managing products on Amazon Seller Central is required.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's product listing best practices, compliance requirements, and general account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
