Job Description

As a Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating financial risks associated with credit card processing activities.


You will be responsible for monitoring Hero credit card processing activities using internal and external risk monitoring tools, investigating potential fraud cases, and reviewing documentation provided by Heroes.


In addition to these responsibilities, you will also ensure that a white glove customer experience is provided to our Heroes while protecting Kajabi's financial interests.


This role requires a self-starter who has a detective-like streak, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.


You will be working in a fast-paced environment where decisions with large monetary implications are made on a regular basis. Therefore, comfort in making such decisions is essential.


A team player mentality and a virtuous personality with honesty, good deeds, kindness, and appreciation are expected of the ideal candidate.


The successful candidate will identify problems, propose solutions, and work as an economic crime fighter to protect Kajabi's financial interests.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in the payments risk industry
