Job Overview

The Senior Software Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI.

This position requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in the out-of-the-box features and custom capabilities of the Power Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, enhancing, and implementing Power Platform Apps and workflows, ensuring high-quality solutions and services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop complex enhancements or solutions utilizing Power Platform tools.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, identifying and selecting the best approach to achieve business goals.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple complex development and support tasks.
  • Lead team members, working collaboratively to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises, maintaining adherence to Disaster Recovery Policy and updating Technical Recovery Plans (TRPs) as necessary.
  • Work flexibly on shifts, adapting to changing team or client requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Relevant years of experience in Development and support experience.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Expertise knowledge in SDLC and Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Experience in Application development, design, and integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to discover problems before they occur.
  • Self-motivated, responding promptly to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace.
  • Agile Methodology experience is required.
