Main Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set clear goals and KPIs.
  • Provide guidance to department managers and project leads on objective execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving results.
  • Minimum 6-7 years' experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in sales, business development, or client management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
