Job Overview

Aboitiz Power is a leading energy company in the Philippines, and we are looking for a Compliance Policy Specialist to support our regulatory affairs function. In this role, you will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures that align with our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and review compliance 2Ps/systems, approve them, and cascade them to relevant departments.
  • Monitor compliance of Hedcor group with 2Ps/compliance systems, develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and recommend action plans to resolve issues.
  • Research applicable regulations, laws, and judicial decisions, and circulate information to relevant stakeholders for further review.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in law, finance, or engineering, with at least two years of working experience in compliance or a related field. You should also be willing to travel across the Philippines and have excellent communication skills.
