Cloud Network Security Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Network Security Expert to join our team. As a Cloud Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud networks for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud security, networking, and virtualization technologies such as NSX, VMware Cloud Director, and Palo Alto firewalls. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific security needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure cloud network architectures
  • Maintain and improve existing cloud security infrastructure
  • Develop and implement custom security solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years related experience working Fortinet and Palo Alto UTM next gen firewall technologies.
  • Experience implementing multi tenancy using VDOMs within FortiOS
  • 1-3 years related experience in deploying firewall VMs and basic navigation of VMware environments
  • Experience with VMware vSphere, NSX-V & NSX-T SDN technologies is a plus
  • VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of protocols such as BGP, OSPF, TRUNKS, VLANs, Port-Channel, Static routing, MLAG/vPC
  • Networking topologies and protocols such as VRF, Traffic Shaping / QoS
  • Palo Alto Command line
  • Experience with Python, Ansible, or similar automation technology is a plus
