Key IT Leadership Role

The Head of Information Technology is a key position that oversees the IT team's efforts to deliver operational excellence in three core areas: IT Operations, Systems Development, and Infrastructure Management. This role ensures the organization's IT platforms are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • IT Operations: Manage day-to-day IT support services, establish IT service management standards, oversee budget allocation, and provide end-user support as needed.
  • Systems Development: Lead the planning, development, and deployment of enterprise systems, applications, and databases, ensure seamless integration of IT systems, oversee data governance, cybersecurity protocols, and information security compliance.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, manage free Wi-Fi and connectivity projects, ensure proper data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems are in place.
Leadership Accountabilities
  • Build, lead, and mentor the IT team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide timely executive reporting on IT performance, KPIs, risks, and strategic projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with minimum 5 years in a senior management capacity.
  • Proven expertise in IT Operations Management, Systems Development, and Infrastructure Design & Maintenance.
