  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and momentum never stalls.
  • Manage and troubleshoot automations, including fixing issues when they break and handling approvals.
  • Utilize project management tools like Asana to organize workflows, track progress, and keep teams accountable.
  • Create, update, and document SOPs to ensure smooth and repeatable operations.
  • Provide daily reporting to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project status.
  • Maintain a flexible mindset, always be available, and foster collaboration across the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience with project management software, well-versed in automations, troubleshooting, and approvals.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Able to oversee multiple projects at once and drive them to completion.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; able to hold team members accountable.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to grow with the company.
