Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at Waltermart Supermarket Inc.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our Grocery Delivery Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our stores or district stores, ensuring seamless grocery delivery services to our customers.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, driving continuous improvement and excellence in all interactions.
  • Train and motivate staff members to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity among GD Members, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting performance targets.
  • Monitor and address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year] based on experience and location.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
