Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Transaction Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and developing a portfolio of digital businesses, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to win listings and manage them through to sale.
  • Prospect potential clients and arrange meetings to showcase the platform's value proposition.
  • Cultivate relationships with the buyside community and manage key strategic stakeholder relationships.
  • Develop marketing materials that articulate the organization's expertise, qualifications, and services to potential clients.
  • Assist team members in presenting business proposals and negotiate optimal transaction terms.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene using tools such as HubSpot to track leads, interactions, and opportunities effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in M&A, brokering, or a sales role, preferably with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Proven experience undertaking business analysis and process improvement is highly regarded.
  • Previous experience in a marketplace environment, digital asset sales will be considered an advantage.
  • Bachelor degree in business, commerce, or marketing will be highly regarded.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent business communication skills, and a motivated team player.
