Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data entry in the system without compromising timeliness.
  • Interpret information correctly and make sound decisions to support business operations while maintaining controls during setup.
  • Apply corporate rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and reject, escalate, or remediate errors as needed.
  • Create or update existing documentation and training materials related to Master Data Management processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of data.
  • Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.
  • Ensure internal controls relating to maintenance of master data are in place and effective.
  • Support implementation of master data process improvement initiatives.
