We are actively recruiting and interviewing for an End User Business Development Leader for OT & SW and Automation.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Understand market trends, new investments, and opportunities for business growth on targeted accounts.
  2. Establish strong relationships with end-users and identify opportunities.
  3. Present technical and commercial benefits of Schneider Electric offerings.
  4. Address issues arising from product use and develop solutions.
  5. Determine market competition and provide intelligence information.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer commitments.
  7. Assist consultants in developing technical specifications.
  8. Support marketing and sales promotion initiatives.

What You'll Need

  • At least eight (8) years of successful solution selling experience in the industrial space.
  • Strong leadership qualities, highly motivated, team player, goal-oriented, and success-driven.
  • Understanding of local market - customers, suppliers, competitors, and market developments, technology trends.
