About This Opportunity

You'll be part of our core business, Agent Referrals, collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to provide valuable insights into the health and performance of our operations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Determine and track key metrics to demonstrate existing product effectiveness and customer success.
  2. Perform regular analyses through requests from business and product stakeholders.
  3. Work directly with the Product Team to analyze, understand, and communicate the future growth opportunities for our organization.
  4. Develop business cases, operating, and financial models while working with product managers, sales, marketing, and finance teams for exciting new products and businesses.
Essential Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of work experience in consulting or product operations.
  • Bachelor's degree required from a reputable university, preferably in an analytical field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL.
  • Able to learn and adapt other data analytics tools.
  • Closely attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently.
