Our company is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Lead Modeler. This individual will be responsible for setting modeling standards, ensuring the quality and accuracy of models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model Creation:
    • Produce high-quality structural drawings and create Revit models that meet industry standards.
    • Conduct quality checks on own work and collaborate with project team members to ensure model accuracy.
    • Execute advanced model execution techniques, including complex geometry and detailed modeling.
    • Develop and maintain construction documents, ensuring they are accurately modeled.
    • Design and develop special conditions and complex families within the model.
    • Communicate effectively through presentation of considerations, utilizing 3D views as necessary.
    • Maintain adherence to BIM content standards and development procedures.
  • Project Planning:
    • Develop and communicate a plan of approach to stakeholders.
    • Understand and document tasks required to complete deliverables and estimate time frames.
    • Commit to and execute the plan, reconciling with the project team as needed.
  • Client Coordination:
    • Establish proactive and effective communication channels with clients.
    • Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines' design changes and model challenges.
    • Identify underdeveloped areas in design and provide high-level options.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments.
    • Update and improve standards and best practices within the organization.
