  7. SAP Implementation: Collaborate with external partners to implement and manage SAP, including configuration, data management, reporting, training, and ongoing support.

Requirements

  1. At least five years of experience in finance & accounting, with at least two years in a supervising or managerial capacity.
  2. Experience with Big 4 Accounting/Audit Firms or healthcare industries is highly preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis tools, with keen attention to detail and experience using ERPs, preferably SAP or QuickBooks.
  4. Effective team leader, capable of organizing and executing tasks under demanding conditions, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization effectively.
  5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  6. Integrity and Ethics are essential for this role.
  7. CPA required; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
