Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We seek a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge technical and non-technical project needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business rules, implement solutions, and manage client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client business rules and align them with baseline configuration options
  • Solutionize client implementations based on client needs and platform architecture
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings for site configuration and delivery
  • Manage and track progress on client deliverables
  • Review client sites and usage metrics to proactively identify issues
  • Work with client staff to encourage platform adoption and usage
  • Review and respond to support tickets and other client correspondence
  • Partner with engineers to address client issues and verify solutions
  • Analyze data discrepancies and logic implementation
  • Collaborate with data engineers on business rules and logic implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of client-facing business analyst and/or technical project management experience
  • Has worked in a customer-facing role for at least 2 years, especially in a client support or client success capacity
  • Has at least 3 years of experience collaborating with technical teams as a QA, BA, and/or PM
  • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
  • Familiarity with programming languages (preferably SQL and Python) or comfortable working with programming queries

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and passionate about using technology to drive meaningful change. They possess excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills and are able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
