We are seeking a skilled Revenue Strategist to join our team.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for an analytically-minded professional who can optimize revenue performance for vacation rental management companies in the United States.

  • Our ideal candidate will manage revenue optimization for assigned clients, conducting market analysis to understand local trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics.
  • They will track and analyze problem properties, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR across property portfolios.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing revenue optimization for assigned clients, with a focus on maximizing revenue growth.
  2. Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  3. Developing expertise in assigned client markets to provide strategic recommendations.
Pricing Strategy Execution

The Revenue Strategist will execute pricing strategy adjustments and rule modifications within the Pricelabs platform, analyzing pricing performance and market positioning for individual properties and portfolios.

  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on market conditions, events, and seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their revenue goals and translate them into Pricelabs configurations.
  • Monitor and optimize automated pricing rules to maximize revenue performance.
Data Analysis and Reporting

The successful candidate will generate detailed performance reports and insights for client portfolios, identifying revenue growth opportunities through data analysis and market research.

  • Track property-level and portfolio-level KPIs to measure success of pricing strategies.
  • Create actionable recommendations based on performance data and market trends.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proficiency with Pricelabs pricing strategies, rules, and analytics.
  • Natural aptitude for learning new software platforms and technology.
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying trends in performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail when implementing pricing changes and analyzing results.
Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience with Pricelabs platform (essential).
  • Background in vacation rental, hospitality, or property management industry preferred.
  • Experience managing revenue for many properties simultaneously.
  • Startup experience and comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments.
