Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years as an HR Manager in the construction or retail industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • MUST have experience working for organizations with 1,000 employees.
