Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Stark Asia Solutions Inc. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze and resolve client issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues resolved
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 18 months of experience in technical support or service desk role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
