Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking to transition from operational roles to a career in Learning and Development. You will work closely with senior leaders and all levels of management, creating and owning processes that deliver long-term benefits for partners.

  • You will be responsible for designing and delivering training for existing systems and new system roll-outs.
  • This includes developing, facilitating, and delivering learning and organization development programs.
  • You will coordinate and deliver the training program and mandatory curriculum within assigned geographic location/globally.
  • In addition, you will design, develop, and maintain a training curriculum for the Financial Reporting function within the Global GFS curriculums which can be implemented and delivered regardless of geographic location.
Main Responsibilities
  • You will develop project plans, identifying subject matter experts as needed.
  • Continuous evaluation of the program will be essential, working closely with GFS and stakeholders.
  • You will also work collaboratively with other Global Training Teams.
Essential Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Financial Services (e.g., Financial Reporting/Audit/Accounting) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Able to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Self-starter and team player.
  • Attention to detail.
