Job Title: Trading Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our trading operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring open positions across spot and futures markets during night hours.

This role involves overseeing market making bots, reviewing logs, verifying correct order placements, and tracking executions. You will identify and promptly escalate issues such as system errors, unexpected PnL swings, and exchange disconnects.

Effective communication with the core trading/engineering team is crucial when anomalies occur. Ensuring risk limits and exposure are kept within agreed parameters is also a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of trading fundamentals including order books, spreads, liquidity, and hedging. Basic technical literacy, reading logs, interpreting error messages, and navigating dashboards is also essential.

Experience in crypto trading or a strong willingness to learn is necessary for this role. Shifts covering the following hours: 20:00 – 08:00 UTC+4.
