Job Title: Performance Video Editor

GrowthAssistant is looking for a creative professional to join their team and support one of their US-based clients. In this role, you'll edit engaging short-form content for various social media platforms, helping to drive measurable results across a portfolio of brands.

The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller with a performance-driven mindset, who understands how to elevate content for ad effectiveness. If you have experience creating ad creatives (static, GIFs, and video), proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite, and excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail, this role is for you.

Work Setup: Full-time remote work following US EST hours

  • Salary bonuses: $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus, Performance bonus
  • Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)

Paid Time Off:

  • 7 holiday PTO days/year
  • 6 regular PTO days/year

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality video assets across multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Edit short-form content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Compile and repurpose user-generated content into engaging ad creatives
  • Implement creative direction and feedback from teammates and clients
  • Review completed work to ensure technical accuracy and brand compliance
  • Collaborate with teams to continuously test and refine creative performance

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of paid social video editing/design experience in the DTC or e-commerce space
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Suite
  • Experience creating ad creatives (static, GIFs, and video)
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Highly collaborative, positive, and enthusiastic team player
  • Windows: 64 GB RAM, dedicated GPU with 8+ GB VRAM
  • Mac: M2 chip or beyond
