The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality of manufactured products, from raw materials to finished goods. This involves operating and maintaining process equipment to optimize production efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Batch Trial Runs with R&D Teams
  • Converting Raw Materials to Finished Goods
  • Implementing Cost-Saving Projects
  • Maintaining Equipment Reliability
  • In-Line Processing and Quality Control
  • Safety Protocols and Compliance
Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Engineering, Technology, or Food Science. Prior experience in food processing technology is preferred.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • At least one year of work experience in the food industry
  • Licensed Engineer or TESDA certification for technical courses
Working Conditions:
  • Shift Work, including Sundays and holidays
  • Extended hours in hot and cold environments
  • Primarily production-based with occasional field work
