Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Branch Manager to join our team at ACE Hardware Phils., Inc.

About the Role
  • Assume full responsibility of the branch in the absence of the Store Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of Store Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including:

  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Ensuring efficient inventory management and stock control
  • Overseeing sales and marketing initiatives
Merchandise and Display

The Retail Branch Manager will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing shipments
  • Coordinating visual merchandising displays
  • Monitoring and maintaining store appearance
Sales and Customer Service

The ideal candidate will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Security and Housekeeping

The Retail Branch Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a secure and safe working environment
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Overseeing cleaning and maintenance schedules
Requirements
  • Graduate of any business course, accountancy, marketing, commerce
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 30,000 - 50,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
